ES-1413 from Alberto in Spain

I really enjoyed this one because Alberto wrote a nice intro paragraph on the back in Spanish. Not only did I enjoy it, but my students were pleased that they could read most of it themselves.

From Sohvi in Finland

Sohvi and I arranged our own trade. We are both Postcrossers. I love the card that she sent. It's my first free-form postcard. She painted the fish and drew around the scales with a silver metallic pen ~ gorgeous.

Postcrossing card from Jacqueline in Germany

My first handmade Postcrossing card came from Jacqueline. She made it using a napkin. It has a great texture.

A handmade postcrossing card from Tomi in Finland. The card was made by his wife.  Posted by Picasa

Postcrossing card received from Hanna in Finland. This was my first view of a Moomin. I think that crabby red head might look a bit like me sometimes. Posted by Picasa

This is the wonderful card I received from Robayre in our swap. Posted by Picasa

Sent for a private trade to Robayre. Be sure to check out her great postcards. Posted by Picasa

A postcrossing card to Marlena in Poland. The stamping on the left was done with a removable pencil eraser, using both ends. Posted by Picasa

This was sent as a postcrossing thank you card. Won't say to who as it hasn't arrived yet. Posted by Picasa

This was a postcrossing card to Clemmens in the UK. Unfortunately it still hasn't arrived after 56 days. It's almost timed out. It's my version of the Bailamos stamp. Posted by Picasa

This was for a private swap to Emma in Finland. Posted by Picasa

I haven't kept good records of when I sent the cards and where, so I will have to just post a few until I catch up. This one was a postcrossing card. Posted by Picasa

My first Postcrossing card

This was sent to Carlos in Spain.

Why another blog?

I like being able to send people directly to the photos that I think will interest them. I've been enjoying Postcrossing and wanted a place to post my sent and received cards. I will also post private exchanges here as well.
